Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager Lead with solid experience in CIB / Global Markets to lead strategic Front-to-Back initiatives in Equities. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in strategic transformation programs. **Description:** ---------------- At **NS Group**, we are looking to hire **an IT Project Manager Lead** with strong **experience in CIB / Global Markets**, to lead strategic Front\-to\-Back initiatives in the Equities area (Cash and Listed Derivatives). We seek a senior profile with a strong combination of **large-scale technology program leadership, functional understanding of financial markets business, and deep knowledge of order routing, trading platforms, and back-office processes**. The position **prefers candidates based in Madrid**, with a **hybrid work model.** ***Main Responsibilities*** * Lead complex programs and projects in Global Markets environments. * Coordinate end\-to\-end initiatives across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and IT. * Engage with senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, etc.). * Define roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans. * Supervise Project Managers and cross-functional teams. * Manage risks, dependencies, budget, and executive reporting. * Act as a functional and technological reference in transformation initiatives. ***Position Conditions*** * Location: Madrid (preferred). * Work Model: Hybrid. * Candidates based in Madrid: 2\-3 days onsite per week. * Candidates from other locations: 1 day onsite per week. * Sector: Investment Banking / Global Markets. ***What We Offer*** * Participation in strategic transformation programs in financial markets. * Engagement with key business areas and senior stakeholders. * International and highly specialized environment. * Join NS Group, a leading IT services company. * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Contract Type: Permanent **Requirements:** --------------- **Essential Functional Requirements** * More than **10 years of experience** in CIB / Global Markets environments. * In-depth knowledge of **Equities** (Cash and Listed Derivatives). * Solid experience in **ETD** (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and clearing processes. * Knowledge of: * + Order Management (Care Orders, algorithms, block trading) + Connectivity (DMA, EDA) + Front\-to\-Back workflows * Experience in **Back Office**: * + Confirmations + Settlement + Clearing + Collateral * Regulatory knowledge: * + MiFID II + EMIR + MAR + DORA **Valuable Technical Skills** * FIX Protocol * SQL * Python * Trading systems architecture **Valuable Platforms** * + Front Office: Fidessa, FIS Front Arena/FISTrader, EMSX (Bloomberg), Ullink, ORC + Back Office: UBIX, FIS CD, XTP (ION), Sernova, BME Intech, Hydra (ION CAD\-IT)
