If you possess a solid engineering background and proven experience in cost control and contract management within the wind energy sector, we encourage you to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Contract Management:** Oversee and administer supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and providing critical support in client relationship management. * **Claims Management:** Actively collaborate in the preparation, analysis, and submission of claims (claims) to suppliers and clients alike, safeguarding Eosol Group's interests. * **Cost and Budget Control:** Develop, maintain, and update the project budget, track actual costs (actuals), and prepare monthly financial forecasts. Identify and propose actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. * **Financial Analysis and Monitoring:** Conduct detailed project cost tracking, identify variances, and propose corrective measures to ensure profitability. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and clients. **Key Focus Areas:** * **Advanced Contract Management:** In-depth knowledge and application of contract administration, claims management, and change orders. * **Rigorous Cost Control and Financial Analysis:** Experience in thorough cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting. * **Strategic Monthly Forecasting:** Ability to anticipate the project’s financial needs and proactively address potential scenarios. **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in Cost Controller or similar roles, with a specific focus on project management. * **Wind Energy Sector Knowledge:** Prior experience and solid understanding of the wind energy sector’s specific characteristics. * **English Language Proficiency:** Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in international settings. * **Analytical Skills:** Proven ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems. * Experience in contract and subcontract negotiation. * Knowledge of risk management methodologies.
