Currently, we are searching for a **CFO for a rapidly growing startup**. **Our expanding partner operates in the energy sector: an innovative, AI-driven company that digitizes data infrastructure to deliver a unified model, achieving significant time and resource savings.** **The Role:** We seek a business-minded professional with leadership skills and strategic capabilities who can become the CEO’s right-hand person—with strong business acumen. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in decision-making and, given growth potential, may assume greater leadership and management responsibilities within the organization over time. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus. * Minimum 5 years of experience as CFO overseeing financial and strategic management, preferably in high-growth or international environments. * Strategic profile with business vision, proactivity, and effective leadership. * Ability to collaborate closely with the CEO and communicate effectively across departments. * Fluent English; additional languages are valued. * Results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and team management capabilities. **We Offer:** Join a rapidly growing team within a startup beginning to scale in the renewable energy and data sectors, backed by an innovative and ambitious project.
