Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Cost Controller to provide cross-functional support in project economic control, cost optimization, and as a liaison between operations and finance. At thePower, we aim to onboard a Business Cost Controller to provide cross-functional support across our three business lines (B2B, B2G, and FP). This is a key role, closely aligned with the business, responsible for project economic control and cost optimization, acting as the liaison point between operational teams and finance. The candidate will report directly to the Managing Partner for B2B, B2G, and FP, working closely with management and business teams. Responsibilities * Cross-functional project economic control (B2B, B2G, and FP) * Oversight of project billing and proper revenue recognition * Monitoring of costs, margins, and variances * Direct communication with project managers, business managers, and senior management * Coordination with the corporate finance and management control team * Support in the economic structuring of projects and decision-making * Direct support to the Managing Partner in monitoring monthly business plan execution * Participation in the development of the annual business plan * Support in defining and monitoring commercial indirects * Cross-functional management of procurement related to projects * Promotion of best practices in supplier competition * Identification of cost optimization opportunities * Coordination with teams to ensure efficiency and quality in procurement * Oversight of the person responsible for supplier coordination during project execution (events, client workshops, graduations, kick\-offs, etc.) Requirements * Experience in cost control, controlling, or finance roles tied to business operations * Experience working on projects (highly valued in complex environments) * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactive profile with sound judgment and ability to engage with business stakeholders * Comfort working with multiple teams and projects simultaneously ⭐ Preferred Qualifications * Experience in project-based environments (consulting, services, training, etc.) * Knowledge of collaboration models such as UTEs or Joint Ventures * Experience in procurement management or supplier relationship management Benefits * Cross-functional role with direct business impact * Close collaboration with management and operational teams * Dynamic and growing environment * High level of responsibility from day one * Competitive salary commensurate with experience Diversity and Inclusion At thePower, we champion diversity and inclusion.
