**Description** --------------- **The Role** Delivers the agreed-upon service to clients, typically through a specialized team composed of qualified professionals. Individuals may be certified in their area of specialization and participate in plan design, in addition to engaging in daily client interactions. They are responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieving a high level of client satisfaction. At senior levels, they resolve specific issues within their area of expertise and identify opportunities to enhance the value of client service; they are also responsible for shaping their practice area and developing service delivery strategies. They leverage subscription market knowledge to secure appropriate insurance coverage for clients at optimal pricing. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Experience: More than 5 years of experience managing corporate insurance policies, preferably gained in brokerage or as a technical underwriter for corporate clients at an insurance company. * Language skills: Native Spanish speaker with excellent English proficiency. * Knowledge of processes related to one’s own technical area.
