If you are motivated to join a company with strong identity, values, and deep ties to the land, this opportunity is for you! **We Are Looking for an E-commerce Technician** At Finca La Pontezuela, we aim to further strengthen our digital channel and are looking to bring on board a person who will lead the management and optimization of our online store—attending to every detail of the customer experience and contributing to the growth of our digital sales. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be responsible for the proper functioning of our e-commerce platform, ensuring efficient operations, an outstanding user experience, and continuous data-driven improvement. **What Will You Do Day-to-Day?** * Administration and maintenance of the online store: product, pricing, inventory, and content management. * Creation, review, and optimization of product listings. * Website monitoring and detection of potential technical issues, coordinating solutions with vendors when necessary. * Online order tracking and coordination with logistics and administrative teams. * E-commerce customer service (inquiries, issues, returns), ensuring a satisfying experience. * Oversight of the entire purchase process—from shopping cart to delivery. * Support for promotional campaigns, product launches, and special sales initiatives. * Collaboration in executing digital campaigns (email marketing, social media, online promotions). * Optimization of user experience (UX) and conversion on the online store. * Analysis of performance metrics (traffic, sales, customer behavior) and proposal of improvements. * Cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, oleotourism, and customer service teams. * Ensuring consistency between the online store and brand identity. * Preparation of e-commerce monitoring reports and goal-tracking dashboards. * Support in planning and developing the digital strategy. **What Are We Looking For?** * Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in retail or consumer goods environments. * Education in Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, or similar) and CMS environments. * Experience in online customer service and order management. * Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or other platforms). * Experience managing digital campaigns and web content. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times. * Intensive working hours during July and August. * A close-knit, dynamic, and collaborative work environment where your contribution truly makes a difference. * Opportunities for professional growth and skill development in digital marketing and online sales. * Salary: €30\-€35K, depending on candidate’s experience.
