We are seeking a Cybersecurity BP Aviation whose main responsibilities will be: Act as the primary representative and trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters for the Aviation business, coordinating cybersecurity governance, risk management, assurance, and continuous improvement within a globally distributed aviation environment. Translate Group-level cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards into practical, risk-based implementation plans for the Aviation area, ensuring consistent execution across multiple regions, airports, and operational locations. Ensure that aviation-specific cybersecurity risks, regulatory obligations, third-party dependencies, and operational constraints are properly identified, assessed, communicated, and managed to support secure and resilient operations. Provide functional leadership in Aviation cybersecurity governance, driving prioritization, visibility, and tracking of global initiatives, remediation plans, control enhancements, and risk reduction activities. Contribute to the evolution of the Aviation cybersecurity roadmap, operating model, and strategic priorities—ensuring alignment with Aviation business objectives and Group-level cybersecurity strategy. Profile we seek University degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Engineering, or Business—or equivalent experience in leadership, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance in cybersecurity. High level of English (demonstrable) 5–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, or information security—preferably in sectors such as aviation, transportation, energy, logistics, critical infrastructure, or regulated environments. Experience leading cybersecurity in complex, international, distributed, and multi-location organizations. Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, audits, regulatory compliance, remediation programs, and control improvements. Ability to translate cybersecurity strategies into practical execution plans—coordinating initiatives, teams, and vendors.
