Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Team Supervisor to manage personnel, resolve incidents, and control materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning team management and coordination 2. Incident resolution and customer contact 3. Work progress tracking and material control We are looking for a full-time Team Supervisor for a center located in San Agustín del Guadalix \-At least 3 years of experience managing cleaning teams and coordinating staff \-Experience in scheduling shifts and supervising service quality RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Team management \-Incident resolution \-Customer contact \-Work progress tracking \-Material control REQUIREMENTS: \-Proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel) Preferred qualifications: Experience in industrial environments, basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), valid driver's license with personal vehicle Salary: 900.00€\-1\.200.00€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
