Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and autonomous personnel for cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring orderly and hygienic spaces and managing waste according to established protocols. Immediate incorporation Cleaning and maintenance of offices and other areas within a Madrid center will be carried out. Tasks include general cleaning, ensuring orderly and hygienic spaces, and managing waste in accordance with established protocols to guarantee safety. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00, including a lunch break. The contract is temporary, and the salary complies with the applicable collective agreement. A valid disability certificate is required. Immediate incorporation is required. The position is based in an accessible and well-connected environment where responsibility and the ability to work autonomously are valued, complying with hygiene and safety regulations. Possession of a valid disability certificate is a mandatory requirement for this position. Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks is required, as well as the ability to follow instructions and established protocols. The candidate must be responsible, organized, and capable of working autonomously, ensuring quality and efficiency in all assigned tasks. Immediate availability for incorporation and adherence to the scheduled working hours (9:00–17:00) are also important.
