Job Summary: We are seeking responsible individuals to perform street and public space cleaning and maintenance duties in Madrid, contributing to keeping the city in good condition. Professional and collaborative work environment We are looking for personnel to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks on streets and public spaces in Madrid. Main responsibilities include sweeping roadways, cleaning tree pits, grates, and vacant lots, emptying trash bins, and collecting litter or container overflows. Public defecation is also removed from streets, and equipment such as blowers is used for sweeping large areas. All these activities contribute to maintaining the city in good condition. No prior experience or specific training is required; thus, this is an opportunity for those wishing to begin a career in environmental services. Work is conducted outdoors across various urban settings and requires a responsible attitude. This is a temporary contract covering the months of July and August. Shifts are scheduled in morning, afternoon, or night rotations, depending on service needs. Compensation is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, and the work environment is professional and collaborative. No specific academic qualifications are required. No prior professional experience is required. A C1 level of Spanish (effective operational proficiency) is an essential requirement.
