You will be a key support for our business areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing strategic value in the contractual management of our projects. What will you do in your day-to-day? Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, leasing, and commercial contracts. Manage bank guarantees and sureties. Analyze contractual risks and prepare risk matrices. Monitor ongoing contracts and manage claims. Support the formation and dissolution of SPVs, subsidiaries, JVs, or UTEs. Coordinate with project teams and national and international law firms. What are we looking for in you? **Education:** Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Law. A master's degree in Corporate or Energy Law is desirable. **Experience:** 4\-5 years in corporate legal advisory, especially in EPC and O\\\&M contracts. **Languages:** Advanced English (essential). **Knowledge:** Commercial and corporate law, compliance, data protection, Microsoft 365\. **Skills:** Initiative, strategic vision, negotiation, teamwork, and results orientation.
