From Quirónsalud’s private hospitals in Madrid, we are seeking a **Quality Technician** for the **Ruber Juan Bravo University Hospital**, located in one of Madrid’s most central areas. What will be your **mission**? Implement and monitor territorial management systems in accordance with applicable standards, establishing, planning, and implementing assurance plans to improve outcomes over the medium and long term, while ensuring continuous service improvement. What will be your main **functions and responsibilities**? * Represent the company during center certifications and accreditations related to quality management systems. * Collaborate in drafting center and department objectives: sending tracking templates, planning required resources and actions for objective achievement, maintaining records, sending tracking reminders, collecting data, etc. * Prepare the center’s annual indicator control dashboard, including definitions of measurement methods for indicators and their management: assigning responsibility, sending data request reminders, tabulating results, as well as preparing process performance reports and publishing results. * Ensure compliance with the management system within your area, analyze results, assess and implement actions to optimize processes, enhance patient experience, promote patient safety, and ensure proper environmental management and energy optimization. * Actively participate in commissions established at the center.
