We are seeking a Level 2 Network Technician with experience in corporate environments, focused on managing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructures, to participate in technology projects for international clients. Key Responsibilities + Configuration, administration, and maintenance of corporate networks based on TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching technologies in enterprise environments. + Management, configuration, and support of FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, site-to-site VPNs, and remote access. + Administration of Aruba switching infrastructure and access management via Aruba ClearPass (NAC). + Proactive network monitoring, analysis, and resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, as well as English-language technical support to clients. Responsibilities + Ensure proper operation and availability of network infrastructures, guaranteeing compliance with security and quality standards. + Implement and maintain configurations on Fortinet and Aruba network devices, following best practices and defined procedures. + Manage network-related incidents, service requests, and changes, documenting actions taken and preparing technical reports. + Collaborate with other technical teams in multidisciplinary environments and provide support to international clients, maintaining fluent technical communication in English. Location and Work Model This position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked remotely from home and others in the office—where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. * Job Qualifications Job Qualifications Requirements + Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within corporate environments. + Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, and switching. + Practical experience with FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switching. + Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass for network access control (NAC). + Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency for technical interaction with clients. + Teamwork skills, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation. Preferred Qualifications + CCNA certification or equivalent. + Experience in cybersecurity environments. + Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi networks. + Experience with network monitoring tools.
