Reporting directly to the Plant Industrial Maintenance Manager. You will make a difference: We seek a leadership-oriented individual committed to our mission of operational excellence and social impact, possessing strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. A degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields is required, along with passion for driving continuous improvement projects within an innovative environment.
