Job Description: **MISSION:** Provide support in transforming data into strategic information for the Direct Digital unit, considering the various factors impacting business management—both in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and in delivering the strategic vision. To achieve this objective, data extraction, processing, and analysis processes will be developed (or optimized), and continuous communication will be maintained with other departments. This ensures information and analytical consistency, enabling early diagnostics that facilitate decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Support in extracting and analyzing key information for business monitoring * Analytical and synthesis capabilities to effectively communicate results to impacted departments * Creation of dashboards for periodic updates of information and tracking KPIs * Communication skills to interact effectively with other departments **PROFILE:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Sciences * Intermediate level of English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Databricks * Specific knowledge: Python and SQL programming **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
