Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in materials engineering for the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry.. * Experience in Engineering and Procurement (EP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. * Experience with lump\-sum project proposals. * Management skills to negotiate with suppliers or clients in pursuit of win\-win agreements. * Ability to work independently, focused on achieving objectives. * Ability to work and coordinate within multidisciplinary teams to solve project issues.
