We are seeking a Facilities Engineer with experience in the design, coordination, and supervision of building services installations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading installation projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring proper integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems with architectural design, while guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, applicable regulations, and agreed-upon schedule and cost objectives.
The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases—from conceptual design through construction management.**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gathering client requirements
* Developing conceptual designs for building services installations
* Supervising and coordinating basic, permitting, and execution-phase projects
* Performing construction management duties
* Ensuring that projects in which the candidate participates comply with C\&W’s required quality standards
* Ensuring that designs meet applicable regulatory requirements
* Ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget as agreed with the client
* Staying current with project-specific regulations
* Updating the catalog and materials library
* Keeping abreast of emerging trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects
**Knowledge \& Experience:**
* Minimum three years’ proven experience as a Facilities Engineer
* Qualification: Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience
* English: Advanced
* AutoCAD
* Revit
* Presto
* DIALux
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Specialized calculation tools for building services design
* Proactivity, flexibility, ability to learn quickly, teamwork, and multitasking skills
