We believe in the power of technology and engineering to transform the global energy landscape. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Industrial Engineer at Eosol Group, your main responsibilities will include: * **Installation Design and Planning:** Develop conceptual and detailed drawings for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems. This includes creating layouts, single-line diagrams, electrical conduit routing, and structural profiles—ensuring optimal space utilization and system efficiency. * **Electrical Calculations:** Perform precise low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical calculations to guarantee safety, reliability, and compliance with current regulations. * **Use of Specialized Software:** Proficiently use tools such as AutoCAD for technical drawing and QGIS for analyzing and managing geospatial information relevant to installation site selection. * **Technical Documentation Preparation:** Generate detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and budgets—essential for project planning and management. * **Analysis and Evaluation:** Participate in technical and economic feasibility analyses for new projects, identifying potential challenges and proposing innovative solutions. * **Cross-departmental Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with other departments (sales, construction, operations) to ensure proper project execution—from conception through commissioning. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all designs and calculations comply with applicable technical and safety standards in the renewable energy sector. **Job Requirements:** We seek a professional with the following profile: * **Education:** Technical Engineer or Industrial Engineer degree. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy or electrical installation sectors. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Advanced AutoCAD proficiency:** Ability to create and modify complex technical drawings. * **Advanced QGIS proficiency:** Capability to perform geospatial analysis and interpret geographic data for project design. * **Electrical Calculations:** Solid expertise in LV and MV calculations. * **PV and Energy Storage Installations:** In-depth experience and knowledge in designing and conceptualizing such installations. * **Design Skills:** Demonstrated ability to produce basic conceptual design drawings (layouts, single-line diagrams, etc.). * **BOQ Preparation:** Experience generating Bills of Quantities and budgets. * **Languages:** Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
