Professional development within a dynamic and growing team At **Tecmelec Electricidad S.L.**, a company specializing in electrical installations, renewable energy, and technical services, we are looking for an **Engineer** to lead and coordinate our **After-sales and Maintenance Department**. We seek a candidate with strong technical vision and organizational capability to manage maintenance and failure repair services, optimize human and material resources, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning, coordination, and supervision** of the after-sales and maintenance technical team’s work. * **Management of incidents and failures**, prioritizing and assigning tasks to technicians based on urgency and specialization. * Monitoring of intervention **deadlines, quality, and costs**. * Preparation of **estimates, technical reports, and work records**. * Supervision of electrical installations: sensors, cameras, LED strips, electric vehicle chargers, outdoor lighting, etc. * Control of departmental **inventory, tools, and materials**. * Direct communication with customers, suppliers, and technical management. * Ensuring compliance with **electrical regulations and occupational health and safety (PRL)**. **Requirements** * Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field** (Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma). * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in maintenance, electrical installations, or after-sales services. * Knowledge of **low-voltage systems, electrical panels, home automation, and electric vehicle chargers**. * Leadership ability and experience managing technical teams. * Proficiency in office software and management tools (ERP or CRM). * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Experience in industrial or technical service companies will be valued. **Offered** * **Permanent contract** and full-time position. * **Competitive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * Opportunities for professional development and participation in innovation projects. * Immediate integration into a dynamic and growing team.
