Support in reviewing and maintaining procedures Bachelor's Degree, Engineer, Architect or Graduate + Official Master's Degree – ESF Management and Certification (Madrid) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree, Engineer, Architect or Graduate + Official Master's Degree candidate to provide technical support for ESF Management and Certification in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support to the ESF Managing Authority in monitoring, implementation, and control of ESF/ESF+ programmes. * Assistance and advisory services to Intermediate Bodies and Direct Beneficiaries of the ESF/ESF+ Managing Authority. * Monitoring of ESF/ESF+ programme implementation carried out by each Intermediate Body or Direct Beneficiary. * Monitoring and support to address audit controls conducted by any controlling body. * Support to the ESF and ESF+ Certification Authority. * Support in reviewing and maintaining procedures, including requirements analysis and user support for the IT application supporting programme management. * Report drafting **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Bachelor’s, Engineering, Architecture or Graduate degree + Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 3 years of professional experience aligned with the required qualification, verified through the employment history record against contribution group 01. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Recent professional experience (from 2024 onwards) of at least 12 months in ESF programme management, necessarily covering both programming periods: ESF 2014–2020 and ESF+ 2021–2027. Experience must exclusively relate to ESF Managing Authority programme management and support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of these programmes: implementation monitoring, quantitative and qualitative monitoring reports, technical and financial justification, budgetary reallocations and reprogramming, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, information reporting (assessed during technical interview) * Advanced-level Excel proficiency: integration of diverse data sources across multiple worksheets and files, and data analysis using analytical tools (assessed during technical interview) * Experience supporting ESF/ESF+ programme management using the ESF1420 and ESFPLUS management applications of the European Social Fund Administrative Unit (assessed during technical interview) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Recent professional experience (from 2024 onwards) specifically in managing ESF/ESF+ Youth Employment programmes. Experience must exclusively relate to ESF Managing Authority programme management and support to Intermediate Bodies or AG Beneficiaries of these programmes: implementation monitoring, quantitative and qualitative monitoring reports, budgetary reallocations and reprogramming, technical and financial justification, indicator monitoring, call management, risk management, information reporting, description of systems and procedures, among others (assessed during technical interview) * Recent professional experience (from 2024 onwards) specifically in managing the ESF+ Basic Material Assistance programme.
