




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager for Building Construction to manage planning, execution, and control of construction projects, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource utilization. Madrid **Key responsibilities include:** * Planning and organization: * Design and manage activity schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of human and material resources. * Supervise correct execution of works in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements. * Technical supervision: * Control work quality and verify compliance with drawings and applicable regulations. * Identify and resolve technical issues arising during execution. * Resource and subcontractor management: * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards. * Supervise material receipt and usage to prevent cost overruns or waste. * Regulatory compliance: * Ensure compliance with current construction, occupational health, and safety regulations. * Lead safety inspections and implement preventive measures on site. * Economic control: * Monitor production costs and identify potential budget deviations. * Participate in certification preparation and report progress to the Site Manager and client. * Client and team relations: * Serve as the technical liaison with the client and other project stakeholders. * Collaborate with the technical team to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Additional training in construction planning and project management (desirable). * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles on building construction projects, preferably large-scale projects. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with subcontractors. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). * Advanced ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Competence in design tools and BIM software (desirable). **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and team motivation capabilities. * Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
