Participate in safety audits and in the Safety and Health Committee **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking an **HS Technician** to join the Health & Safety Functional Area team in Sarriguren (Navarra). FOR Leading and promoting a *zero-harm-to-health* culture, integrating the highest international Health & Safety standards, with the objective of ensuring safe, healthy, and sustainable workplaces, eliminating operational risks, and promoting continuous improvement across all Ingeteam processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support and facilitate implementation of the company’s HS management system * Management of individual and collective protective equipment * HS training management * Coordination of business activities at assigned company-owned work centers * Conduct incident investigations; prepare and disseminate Safety Flash bulletins * Perform and review risk assessments for positions, tasks, and applicable workplaces * Develop emergency plans and manage drills * Participate in safety audits (ISO 45001:2018, internal, customer, legal, etc.) within the overall HS audit plan * Participate in Safety and Health Committee meetings * Monitor and manage preventive activity planning and non-conformities **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate or higher-level Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Interest in learning and proficiency in office software and digital HS management applications * English level B2 *Valuable requirements:* * Experience managing CAE platforms (e.g., egestiona) * Knowledge of SAP * Experience conducting risk assessments and applying accident investigation methodologies (causal tree, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) * Participation in Safety and Health Committees * Basic knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) We seek a dynamic, methodical, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
