What are we looking for? A professional capable of implementing the BIM methodology by developing BIM processes and standards within the company to improve the efficiency of our processes and information management. Main Responsibilities: * Support the implementation of the BIM methodology within the company, following the BIM standard and company procedures. * Prepare asset models for contracted uses according to the agreed BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Stay updated on changes in client requirements or construction progress and ensure the BIM model is updated and adjusted accordingly. * Deliver required outputs to the client. * Proficiently master and effectively use BIM software and tools. * Train various company departments on the BIM tools proposed by ACR. * Maintain the object library. * Monitor the proper functioning of the tools provided, as well as their correct usage by users. * Stay up to date with the latest software versions and learn about new features and improvements. **Desired Requirements:** * Academic background: Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture * Master’s degree in BIM * Proficiency in Presto, Revit, and AutoCAD * Intermediate English What do we offer? * Indefinite-term contract. * Flexible compensation. * Accident insurance. * Performance evaluation, potential assessment, feedback, and talent development. * Two days of remote work per week (after six months of seniority). * Flexible working hours. * Well-being initiatives (Wellhub, birthday afternoon off, digital disconnection, support measures for pregnant employees, Employee Assistance Program, etc.).
