Qualifications: **To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:** **Academic Background:** * Masters degree preferred. * Postgraduate training in areas such as management, social innovation, project management, and/or administration will be valued. * Minimum 2\-4 years of experience in the management of educational programs, institutional cooperation, philanthropy, or coordination of multi\-stakeholder initiatives. * Experience in relation to donors or institutional stakeholders. * Advanced management of Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools. * Knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence tools for process optimization. * Excellent strategic writing, analysis, and reporting capabilities. **Languages**: * Spanish and English (oral and written). **Personal Competencies:** * Strategic vision, initiative, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation. * Ability to work in demanding, collaborative environments with a high level of autonomy.
