Job Responsibilities Ensure flawless operation of our restaurants through supervision in the following areas: Preparation of budgets and monitoring of variances; analysis of raw material and finished product costs. Personnel management and oversight of staff training and engagement in the project. Thorough understanding of customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction; acting as the primary point of contact for requests, improvements, and negotiations. Implementation of new products in coordination with the kitchen team, including special events. Supervision and monitoring of all processes to achieve the highest service quality standards. Requirements We seek a candidate with experience in commercial catering (and/or collective catering) and table service, as well as team management, capable of handling large-scale service volumes. The candidate should possess formal training in cooking and gastronomy, mobility to visit our centers, and skills in optimizing personnel costs. An operational profile focused on efficiency and excellence in gastronomic offerings and service standards is required. We highly value candidates with extensive sector-specific training and strong English language and office/management software skills.
