




At ENGIE, we are looking for a passionate professional to join our team as an On-Site Service Coordinator for Data Center Maintenance in Madrid. If you are excited about contributing to the energy transition and wish to be part of a leading company in sustainable solutions, this is your opportunity! **What we expect from you:** * Manage daily maintenance and periodic inspections of the data center according to customer requirements. * Use and administer customer software (CARMA, GMAO or similar) for maintenance control. * Coordinate subcontractor activities, including purchase orders, scheduling, access permissions, and goods receipt. * Communicate directly with the customer and prepare required documentation (MOPs, EOPs, SOPs, RAMs) in English and Spanish. * Perform 24-hour on-call duties in coordination with the customer and the maintenance team. * Prepare quotations for the customer, manage suppliers, and handle goods receipt. **Who you are:** * A professional with experience in data center or critical facility maintenance. * Proficiency in maintenance management software and office productivity tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead maintenance projects. * Problem-solving skills and capacity to make decisions under pressure. * Supplier management and access control expertise. * Experience in budgeting and purchase order management. * Experience developing documentation (MOPs, EOPs, SOPs, RAMs). * Flexibility to perform on-call duties and adapt to service requirements. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in data center environments. **Why this matters to us:** At ENGIE, we believe every talent plays a vital role in accelerating the energy transition.
