Responsibilities * Management and coordination of information systems operations teams. * Daily operations supervision, SLA monitoring, and incident prioritization. * Operation and support of case management systems (CMS). * Definition, monitoring, and optimization of performance plans. * Management of large volumes of structured data (XML, JSON). * Queries, analysis, and exploitation of data in relational SQL databases. * Identification of operational improvements and proposals for process optimization. * Liaison with technical and functional teams to ensure service continuity. Requirements * +7 years of general experience in IT projects. * +5 years managing information systems operations teams. * +3 years working with case management systems. * +3 years defining performance plans and managing large volumes of data (XML, JSON, SQL).
