Responsibilities include coordinating administrative activities with local teams and external accounting firms, acting as the primary point of contact from Spain for administration across multiple countries. In addition, the role handles monthly financial closings, ensuring corporate procedures and guidelines are correctly applied. The incumbent also reviews and validates administrative and accounting information submitted by subsidiaries, integrating financial data into the company's central systems. Tasks include monitoring customer balances and reviewing bank accounts. Coordination with subsidiaries is carried out to prepare treasury budgets, and financing needs and cash surpluses are continuously analyzed. Support is provided during internal and external audits related to international subsidiaries, and information requests from subsidiaries are addressed.
