We firmly believe that the success of our projects depends not solely on technology, but on people’s ability to collaborate, adapt, and communicate effectively. **Requirements** **Required Experience and Skills** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure within corporate environments, covering Servers, Networks, Communications, End-user Devices, and Service Desk. * Demonstrable experience in IT service integration projects following acquisitions, ensuring system and application migration and adaptation. * Advanced and cross-cutting knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies. * Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, as well as manage external vendors. * Collaboration with Information Security teams to protect infrastructure and corporate data. * Organizational, project management, and technical documentation skills. * Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) is desirable. * Professional-level English proficiency, essential for daily communication in international projects. * Willingness to travel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead IT Infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on system and service integration following the acquisition of new companies. * Coordinate the migration and adaptation of the acquired companies’ IT services to the parent company’s infrastructure. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of IT services. * Supervise the proper functioning and compatibility of integrated systems until handover to Operations teams. * In case of team expansion for integration projects, assume leadership of the dedicated team/office deployed for this purpose. **Additional Information** **ARE WE TALKING ABOUT YOU?
