Integrate survey results with other institutional indicators. **Your mission in this role** We are looking for a **Survey Technician** to join the University Quality Department, participating in the design, management, and analysis of institutional surveys within the framework of **Internal Quality Assurance Systems (IQAS)**. Your work will have a direct impact on evaluation, monitoring, and accreditation processes for academic programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, configure, and launch institutional surveys, ensuring correct parameterization within corporate tools. * Ensure technical quality of the process through validation, testing, and pre-publication controls. * Manage technical incidents during data collection, safeguarding data reliability. * Monitor response rates, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions. * Collaborate in leveraging results for use in monitoring reports, accreditation, and improvement processes. * Integrate survey results with other institutional indicators. * Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation of the process, ensuring traceability. **Requirements** University degree. Familiarity with survey tools and design of complex questionnaires.
