Responsibilities: We seek to hire a Maintenance Technician for a building in San Agustín del Guadalix, Madrid. The main responsibilities of this position include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for a building. Additionally, the role covers comprehensive repairs (electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.) and regulatory maintenance compliance. Requirements: * Vocational Training Level I or II in HVAC or Electrical Engineering, plus experience in similar maintenance roles. * Certification in RITE, fluorinated gases, and/or low-voltage installation license will be valued. * Availability to perform on-call duties according to the assigned schedule. * Immediate availability to start. * Problem-solving individual with strong client-facing skills and a high degree of independence and autonomy. Offer: * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, with on-call duties according to the assigned schedule. * Immediate start.
