We are currently seeking to **hire** a **Facilities Technician** in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Technical review of projects and identification of alternative improvement options. * Meetings with engineering firms and Technical Directors of each project to define change proposals. * Monitoring of production, cost control, and supervision of execution deadlines. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles within construction sites, facilities, technical offices, or engineering. * Requesting, tabulating, and coordinating with procurement for facility orders. * Experience in project analysis and development of alternative proposals. * English: C1\. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Management capability and autonomy. * Willingness to travel if required by the project.
