Resolution of incidents related to networks and perimeter security Communications Technician We are seeking a Communications Technician with experience in managing and administering critical network infrastructures for clients. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, participating in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of high-availability communication environments. Requirements Availability to perform rotating 24x7 on-call duties (approximately one week per month). Experience and knowledge in communications and security systems: Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, FortiProxy, and Ivanti. Experience in implementing and administering client networks in critical environments. Recommended certifications (not mandatory) Cisco CCNA or CCNP Fortinet NSE, FCP Security Operations, or FCP Network Security certifications Desirable requirements 100% remote work with occasional visits to the office in Madrid Main responsibilities Monitoring, maintenance, and operation of communications infrastructure for multiple clients. Diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to networks and perimeter security. Management and administration of network equipment and solutions in critical environments. **Technical documentation:** creation and maintenance of documentation regarding configurations, procedures, and best practices. Assessment and continuous improvement of the communications infrastructure, proposing optimizations and new solutions. Competencies and skills Proactive profile with strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and collaborate with different technological areas.
