The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and carrying out technical-administrative control of civil works projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Planning and organizing construction works from the technical office. * Technical supervision of civil works projects. * Drafting, reviewing, and signing technical documentation (projects, reports, certifications, etc.). * Cost control, measurements, and budgeting. * Coordination with site teams, suppliers, and clients. * Monitoring compliance with technical, quality, and safety regulations. * Support in tenders and preparation of technical proposals. Requirements * Engineering degree (mandatory for signing off on projects). * Prior experience in civil works, preferably in technical office or construction management roles. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, and document management. * Proficiency in technical tools (AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project or similar). * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Preferred**:** Experience in road surfacing, asphalt, or road infrastructure sectors.
