We are looking for a claims technician with experience in the mechanical sector to join our Autohero team at our headquarters in Plaza Castilla \- Cuzco (Madrid). **Job Description** * Technical and mechanical management of claims. * Daily and direct communication with customers, repair shops, and other company departments. * Evaluation, analysis, and negotiation of workshop repair estimates. **Requirements** * Vocational Training in Vehicle Maintenance (FP Mantenimiento Vehículos Autopropulsados) or another academic qualification related to the automotive industry. * Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, repairs, damage assessment, etc. * Ability to read and interpret repair estimates. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is highly desirable. **Additional Information** * Contract type: **Permanent**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (one week per month remote)**. * Work location: **Cuzco**. * Flexible compensation \+ company benefits.
