Description
We are seeking to incorporate a **Labor Technician** with prior experience into our team to comprehensively and independently manage a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors and business activities. You will be responsible for the entire labor lifecycle of their workforces, ensuring a service of the highest quality and trustworthiness.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Payroll cycle management:** Preparation, calculation, and review of payrolls, extra payments, and collective agreement arrears.
* **Social Security procedures:** Comprehensive management of employment contracts, registrations, cancellations, data modifications, and contributions via the RED System.
* **Incident and variable management:** Processing Temporary Disability (IT) certificates, workplace accidents (Delta/CoNTA), permits, leaves of absence, and vacation tracking.
* **Contract termination:** Calculation of final settlements, severance payments, and drafting of dismissal or contract termination letters.
* **Contributions and taxes:** Filing and validation of Social Insurance (Siltra) declarations and preparation of tax forms (models 111 and 190\).
* **Proactive labor advisory:** Resolving client queries regarding labor legislation, application of collective agreements, and subsidies.
* **Use of specialized tools:** Daily use of **A3 Nom** software, official agency platforms (SEPE, TGSS, Spanish Tax Agency), and legal database consultations.
**Essential Requirements**
* **Experience:** Minimum 3\-4 years in comprehensive labor management and payroll preparation, preferably within **consulting firms, administrative agencies, or law firms**.
* **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **A3 Nom** (mandatory) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
* **Solid knowledge:** Continuous updating on labor legislation, collective agreements, and Social Security regulations.
* **Key competencies:** Strong organizational ability, autonomy, client orientation, and meticulous attention to detail.
