We are seeking a new colleague to join our team. **Your responsibilities—and what you’ll learn—include:** * Analyzing operational and financial metrics across various sales channels * Participating in ensuring and proposing improvements to processes * Establishing monthly technical and operational reporting * Evaluating, measuring, and tracking operational and customer service improvement projects * Assessing business progress and maturity in terms of operational excellence by developing managers’ and team members’ capabilities on operational principles and tools **What are we looking for in you?** * Enthusiasm and motivation * Drive to learn and grow * Academic background in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields * Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with a university, educational institution, or business school **And what do we offer in return?** * A positive work environment in a continuously growing department * The opportunity to learn and gain experience at a globally recognized, industry-leading company * A study allowance of €600 gross/month for full-time work * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:30, Friday 9:00–15:00.
