Prepare technical proposals and reports for public and private grant calls (SEPE, regional governments, European funds, foundations, etc.). Analyze regulatory frameworks and tender specifications to adapt proposals to technical and budgetary requirements. Develop project budgets and conduct economic\-financial monitoring of implementation. Design indicators for monitoring and evaluating the social impact of projects. Coordinate activities with the social enterprise’s integration, orientation, and production teams. Maintain relationships with public, private, and third-sector entities to establish partnerships and identify new funding opportunities. Ensure proper documentary management of project files (technical, economic, and administrative). Collaborate in preparing technical reports, activity summaries, and dissemination materials on project outcomes. **Profile:** Accredited training in vocational guidance. Experience working with youth and vulnerable groups.
