Key responsibilities include: * Conduct initial inspections of reported malfunctions and carry out repairs as required. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities according to schedule. * Conductive maintenance and analysis of recorded parameters. * Monitor utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.). * Track spare parts inventory and submit internal requests for replenishment. * Study and interpret equipment maintenance manuals to ensure proper maintenance and repair. * Document all activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Propose improvements to equipment, processes, and facilities to enhance departmental efficiency. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations applicable to assigned tasks. * Main plant facilities (industrial hospitality machinery, industrial refrigeration, heat generation, HVAC, domestic hot water systems, plumbing, cooling towers, CO2 production, lifting equipment, masonry, etc.) **Requirements** * Training in electricity or electronics, RITE, refrigeration systems, electromechanics, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactivity and initiative. * Familiarity with CMMS. * Immediate availability to start. * Flexible working hours (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night, Monday through Sunday). **Additional Information** We believe our employees are the driving force behind our success, and we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
