ACCIONA, within its Concessions business, requires a professional to join its Control and Operational Excellence team, providing support for national and international projects related to infrastructure under public-private partnership (PPP) regimes.**Position Description**
This position is part of the Innovation and ICT Department within the Control and Operational Excellence area of ACCIONA Concessions. It supports the ICT function for the Concessions business globally, ensuring that systems and technology services adequately support both business operations (corporate processes, headquarters) and operational concession assets.
The role operates in close coordination with ACCIONA Group’s corporate IT areas (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, PMO, etc.), which centralize cross-functional resources and services.
1. Position Description
Coordinate ICT functions for Concessions by defining and executing the planning of systems and technological infrastructure supporting the business and concession assets, ensuring their availability, security, and evolution; acting as the liaison with the Group’s corporate IT areas and serving as the direct point of contact between ICT and the Concessions business.
2. Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the Concessions ICT Plan (systems, infrastructure, communications, business applications, and document management), aligned with the Group’s corporate IT strategy.
* Plan, prioritize, and supervise the portfolio of ICT projects and services for the area, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
* Prepare and manage the Concessions ICT budget, identifying synergies and cost-optimization opportunities with the corporate function.
* Supervise Concessions’ document management systems and processes, ensuring proper operation and evolution.
* Act as the Concessions ICT liaison with the Group’s corporate IT areas, ensuring alignment of standards, architectures, policies, and common tools.
* Serve as the direct point of contact between ICT and the Concessions business, providing support and reporting to other corporate areas on all Concessions-related information and systems they need to know.
* Support both operational assets and Business Development in required IT aspects during bid preparation and new project development.
* Supervise and manage technological suppliers and partners for the area (contracts, SLAs, and service levels).
* Support all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives developed within Concessions, in collaboration with the Innovation area and corporate IT areas.
* Identify and promote opportunities for improvement, automation, and technological innovation in systems and processes, in collaboration with the Innovation area.
**Candidate Requirements**

* University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Additional qualifications in IT/systems management (Master’s, MBA) are valued.
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT/ICT roles, including at least 3–5 years in management or leadership positions involving teams and/or suppliers.
* Prior experience in infrastructure, concessions, utilities, energy, or other sectors with OT/industrial assets.
* Knowledge of OT/IT systems (SCADA, CMMS, ITS, tolling systems), network architectures, cybersecurity, and IT service management frameworks.
* Experience managing ICT suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
* Ability to liaise effectively with corporate and business areas, and to manage multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
* Advanced English proficiency, due to regular interaction with international assets and teams.
