Foster a culture of agility and value orientation. ### **Description** Izertis is currently looking for continuous process improvement consultants for an important client in the banking sector. The selected professionals will work to drive organizational transformation within our client’s Strategic Plan 2030. The objective is to optimize cross-functional processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and foster a culture of agility and value orientation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree required * Minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement * Expert knowledge of Lean frameworks and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques * Mandatory certification (at least one): * Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) * Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) * Lean Practitioner/Leader * Kaizen Facilitator * Proficiency in management tools: Jira, Confluence, and Miro * Experience in Change Management and communication with business teams * Ability to develop dashboards and visualize metrics in Power BI * Applied knowledge of Lead Time, Throughput, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) **What You’ll Do:** * Execute improvement projects: Identify solution hypotheses (quick wins and strategic initiatives) and map processes using VSM * Evolve pillars: Refine the operating model (tools, roles, techniques) and adapt Lean/Kaizen/Kanban methodologies * Track value (Observatory): Define value-based KPIs, dashboards, and risk tolerance frameworks * Change Management: Support the ambassador network, energize communities of practice, and execute Lean-Agile awareness initiatives WHO ARE WE?
