We are looking for a **Tech Lead Fraud** profile for one of our key clients in the banking sector. The project model is 60% remote and 40% on-site. Proficiency in English is essential, as this is an international project. **Requirements** What are we looking for? Proven experience in technological leadership and/or data delivery within financial crime or closely related financial services domains. Solid knowledge of financial crime controls, data channels, and ELT mechanisms—ideally including some combination of: * Transaction monitoring (TM) * Sanctions screening * KYC/Customer due diligence * Alerts, cases, and regulatory reporting Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end IT projects (requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU), working in agile and/or waterfall environments.
