Drafting of reports and materials on equality in the workplace Bachelor's or Master's Degree \+ Official Master's Degree \- Advisory Services on Equality Plans (Madrid) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire one Bachelor's or Master's Degree holder \+ Official Master's Degree for an equality plan advisory project in Madrid. **Workplace Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Resolving inquiries related to the development and implementation process of corporate equality plans and measures. * Updating and reviewing resources and tools promoting equality in the workplace. * Organizing campaigns, technical workshops, seminars, training sessions, dissemination activities, and awareness-raising initiatives on workplace equality. * Drafting reports and articles on corporate equality. * Defining and developing informational, training, and awareness-raising materials on workplace and corporate equality. * Identifying, systematizing, and reviewing relevant documentation and information for inclusion on the website and social media (RRSS). * Monitoring and analyzing national and European equality policies. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the selection process the supporting documents for data declared in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree \+ Official Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and Law (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) #### **Additional Training** * At least 60 hours of training as an equality agent or specific training on gender equality ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of academic and/or professional experience advising companies on the development and implementation of equality plans and measures * Minimum of 1 year of academic and/or professional experience drafting content on corporate equality * Minimum of 1 year of academic and/or professional experience monitoring and analyzing national and European equality policies (to be verified during technical evaluation) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Knowledge of collective bargaining (to be verified during technical evaluation) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 to 3 years of experience organizing campaigns, supporting coordination of events, seminars, or training activities related to gender equality (academic and/or professional experience) * From 2 to 4 years of experience managing web and social media content related to equality, employment, or public policies (academic and/or professional experience) (to be verified during technical evaluation) * From 2 to 4 years of experience designing and developing technical and outreach materials on corporate equality (academic and/or professional experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
