Functions Functions: * Drafting supervision reports on tunnel operation manuals prior to their approval proposal, verifying that they contain all documents and requirements established by current regulations, and providing support in the processing of the manual. * Reports on: significant accidents, fires in state highway tunnels, review of Tunnel Safety Officer reports. * Support in the supervision of bids. * Analysis and support in processing Inspection Body Reports for Tunnels: reviewing reports issued by companies responsible for inspection contracts in different zones (preliminary report, report on the content of the operation manual, and inspection evaluation report with improvement proposals). Likewise, it will be verified that the information reflected in these reports is consistent and coherent with actions from adaptation projects and with the corresponding Tunnel Safety Officers' reports. * Reports on specific aspects of the maintenance of state highway tunnels, among others: civil works, safety equipment, tunnel operation procedures, emergency drills, tunnel compliance with Royal Decree 635/2006, technical characteristics of installations, market prices of installations and components. Requirements \- Qualifications: Industrial Technical Engineer, ICCP, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience in: Security installations in road tunnels. * Years of experience in position: \> 2 years. \- Software: MS Word \- Expert, MS Excel \- Expert.
