We are seeking a maintenance official to work in central Madrid, near Gran Vía. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and locksmithing for a luxury hotel chain, as well as supervising HVAC, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems.
