We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow, offering greater value to our client in smart and ecological mobility solutions. **Job Title** Railway Maintenance Operator \- ATEINSA **Work Location** Cerro Negro **Position Purpose** * Participate in the proper execution of maintenance tasks carried out by ATEINSA at maintenance workshops, guaranteeing compliance with quality indices and service requirements established by management and maintenance plans. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on railway equipment. **Organizational Structure** ATEINSA / Operations Department **Organizational Reporting** Railway Maintenance Supervisor – ATEINSA **Relationships (network)** Internal: Production, Quality, Engineering **Responsibilities** * Execute planned preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan, ensuring proper use of existing industrial documentation. * Resolve incidents detected during the maintenance process of railway vehicles. * Complete necessary records to document preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns performed, in accordance with company procedures. * Repair faults and conduct inspection and adjustment of units. * Carry out protocols and tests on electromechanical components. * Analyze and diagnose faults. * Maintain proper order and cleanliness at the work station. * Request and collect required materials from the warehouse for maintenance operations, following defined procedures. * Properly use individual and collective machinery, as well as workshop facility equipment (such as lifting platforms, track lines, and forklifts). * Carry out protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components. * Collaborate in the execution of modification campaigns and follow-ups on rolling stock in the workshop. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Notify immediate supervisor of incidents/near\-misses affecting Railway Safety. * Comply with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Required Education** **Mandatory:** * Higher-level Medium Grade Training or Equivalent Advanced Module in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propelled vehicles or similar * Compulsory Secondary Education, if accompanied by a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in railway maintenance * Languages: Fluent Spanish **Desirable:** * Medium Grade Vocational Training in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance * Technical knowledge of railway regulations * Certification for operating elevated work platforms * Certification for working at heights * Certification for crane bridge operation * Certification for hoist operation * Certification for train movement (jockey) * Certification for handling fluorinated gases * Certification on electrical hazards **Experience** **Mandatory:** * 6 months of experience in a similar role in railway maintenance **Desirable:** * Experience in air conditioning and pneumatic system maintenance **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Teamwork * Communication * Resilience * Motivation An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
