Agile in resolving incidents and committed to departmental collaboration, with resources and expertise relevant to the transportation sector. Daily, cross-functional interaction with transportation providers and warehouse loading teams to ensure fulfillment of internal customer requirements. This role involves operational tasks requiring daily resolution, documentation, and measurement—enabling subsequent analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the B2B area. What would some of your responsibilities be? OPERATIONALLY * Communication, analysis, and resolution of daily national and international transportation incidents. * Reprogramming of failed deliveries. * Scheduling of international shipments. * Calendar planning for deliveries around holidays or operational restrictions. * Recording and monitoring of delivery limitations, suspensions, and frequency changes. * Managing transportation disruptions: strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc. * Coordinating store openings, closures, and renovations. * Monitoring traffic to e\-tailers; ensuring delivery booking compliance. * Monitoring transportation to the Spanish and Portuguese islands; tracking shipments, maritime traffic, and final delivery to supplier destinations. * Arranging inter-warehouse transportation.
