Job Summary: We are seeking a systems technician to administer server environments, virtualization, and Active Directory, remaining calm in the face of technological challenges. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and fine-tune Windows Server and virtualized environments. 2. Master Active Directory and manage Citrix farms. 3. Manage DHCP, FTP, WSUS, DNS, IIS, and SFTP. **Description:** ---------------- If Windows Server doesn’t intimidate you, Active Directory doesn’t faze you, and Citrix doesn’t make you break into a cold sweat… you might be the missing piece we need. At Infortec Consultores, we’re looking for a systems technician who enjoys (or at least tolerates with dignity) working alongside servers, virtualized environments, and capricious GPOs. What you’ll do (in addition to staying calm): * Administer Windows Server 2016 and 2022 as if they were old friends. * Manage DHCP, FTP, WSUS, and DNS without losing your patience. * Administer IIS and SFTP, because life sometimes throws interesting challenges your way. * Handle VMware and Hyper\-V without stage fright. * Monitor performance, tune systems, and perform optimization without anything exploding. * Master Active Directory: GPOs, DFS, and everything that comes up. * Work on Citrix farms (and ensure they function properly). Location * Condesa de Venadito, Madrid. * Work mode: 50% on-site and 50% remote. * During training (approximately 3 months): 100% on-site, so you don’t miss anything. Schedule * 8-hour shifts within the 7:00–22:00 window: Morning shift: 7:00–15:00 Office hours: 9:00–18:00 Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 Summer: Intensive schedule in August, because we all deserve it. * On-call duties and overtime On-call duties: Yes, once you’re fully familiar with the environment. Overtime: Yes, but only for planned interventions (not for unexpected nighttime emergencies).
