If you are motivated to join a professional, dynamic, and results-oriented team, this opportunity is for you. **Role Definition:** The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing, optimizing, and converting reservation requests into confirmed experiences, ensuring an agile, professional service aligned with the brand’s quality standards. Acts as the client’s first commercial point of contact, combining customer orientation with strategic revenue vision, ensuring correct application of rates, policies, and availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage individual reservations and special requests received via telephone, email, and online channels. * Advise clients on room types, services, experiences, and booking conditions. * Correctly apply rates, promotions, and cancellation policies according to commercial and revenue management strategy. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (upgraded rooms, experiences, packages, additional services). * Keep availability and information updated in the PMS and channel manager. * Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Experience, and Revenue teams to ensure proper reservation management and guest preferences. * Monitor overbooking and support occupancy optimization together with the Revenue department. * Review daily arrivals, cancellations, modifications, and special requests. * Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM / Cardex. * Handle requests from agencies, corporate clients, and strategic partners. * Provide occasional support for administrative tasks related to reservation billing or deposit tracking. **What We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation into a professional, dynamic, and human-centered environment. * Permanent contract and job stability. * Fixed working hours (to be determined during the interview). * Real opportunities for growth within the group. * Integration into a committed team focused on excellence. * Salary negotiable based on experience and value. **Requirements:** --------------- **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. * Additional training in Revenue Management or hotel sales will be valued. **LANGUAGES:** * Spanish: advanced spoken and written proficiency. * English: advanced level (minimum C1). * French and other languages will be positively considered. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Reservations, Revenue, or Front Office departments in 4* or 5* hotels. * Experience managing individual reservations and interacting with international clients. * Experience with travel agencies and B2B channels will be valued. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Hard Skills):** * Knowledge of channel managers and booking engines. * Ability to implement basic revenue strategies. * Professional email writing in multiple languages. * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft, Outlook). * Sales and conversion orientation. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES (Soft Skills):** * Commercial and results orientation. * Analytical ability. * Organization and attention to detail. * Agility in managing multiple tasks. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
