We are currently looking for **an Intern** for the **Talent \& Learning** department at our office in **Madrid**, to support the implementation and execution of the company's training strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Administrative management of training, particularly in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), covering both collective agreement-regulated and non-collective agreement-regulated training. * End-to-end coordination of training activities, including liaison with training providers and centers for seat reservations, verification of employee participation requirements, and organization and scheduling of training calendars. * Management of training subsidies through FUNDAE, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * Registration and tracking of training in internal systems (e.g., completed training actions, number of participants, dates, etc.). * Documentation management related to training, including collection and upload of diplomas and certificates. * Support in organizing internal development training, such as programs from the internal training catalog. **Minimum Requirements:** * Recently completed or near-completion university degree. * Immediate availability for full-time work (Monday to Thursday: full day; Friday: half day). * Prior experience in HR, especially in Training and Development, is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). * English language proficiency is desirable (B2\). **Required Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn. * Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
